Leslie Jones was the hype woman we needed at Christian Siriano's fashion week show

Christian Siriano had a very enthusiastic front row during his spring 2018 show on Saturday, especially in Ghostbusters star Leslie Jones, who whooped and hollered as the looks came down the runway.

His star-studded invites included Patricia Clarkson, Vanessa Williams, Jillian Hervey, Leigh Lezark, Cardi B (who watched from backstage) and the unquenchable Jones.

“I love you!” Jones shouted at model Coco Rocha as she floated by in a heavily ruffled black gown.

Siriano is known in the industry for inclusivity when it comes to his shows — he sent a group of models down the runway that included many shapes, ethnicities and complexions.

“He dresses every woman,” said Jones after the show, who recently celebrated her 50th birthday. “Every woman, every size.”

Siriano made the red, off-the-shoulder gown Jones wore to the Ghostbusters premiere last July, after she noted on Twitter designers were not willing to dress her. Siriano volunteered to dress her, using hand emojis to signal his interest, and she accepted his offer. Their sartorial relationship took off from there.

When she wears his clothes, “I feel like a beautiful woman,” Jones said.
